This is beta software

jobCerno is in private beta and is provided as-is. Features may change or disappear, the service may be unavailable, and data may be reset. There is no uptime commitment and no support obligation. Please don’t rely on it as the only record of anything that matters to you.

Job listings come from other people

Listings are aggregated from public job boards and employer career sites. We don’t write them, verify them, or control them. A posting may be out of date, already filled, inaccurate, or removed by the employer at any moment.

The service re-checks listings against their original source on a rotating schedule and again when you open one, and marks those it can confirm are closed. That reduces the problem; it does not eliminate it. Always confirm the details with the employer before relying on them.

Salary figures are shown as published by the source, or estimated from the posting text where marked. Treat estimates as approximate.

What we don't promise

Using jobCerno creates no employment relationship between you and us, and no relationship between you and any employer listed. We are not a recruiter, an agent, or a party to any application. We do not guarantee that you will find work, receive a response, or be considered for any role.

Search results, match percentages, and assistant replies are generated automatically, partly by AI systems that can be wrong. Use your own judgement.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. If you were given a beta access password, it is for you — please don’t pass it on. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract listings, or resell or redistribute the data;
• use automated tools against the service, or work around rate limits or the access gate;
• attempt to access other people’s accounts or data;
• submit false information, or use the service to send spam or harass anyone;
• use it for anything unlawful, including unlawful discrimination in hiring.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of anything you submit. You grant us permission to use it only to operate the service for you — matching you to roles, and improving results within your own session. What we do and don’t collect is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may suspend or end access, with or without notice, if these terms are broken or if we stop running the beta.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, jobCerno is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or lost earnings arising from your use of it — including from an inaccurate, stale, or missing job listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION].
